HomeMy WebLinkAbout04-1177 06-08-2004RESOLUTION NO. 04 -1177 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT FOR THE REHABILITATION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING CITY OF FORT WORTH WATER LINE WITHIN THE CITY OF EULESS TEXAS STAR ADDITION. WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth, in conjunction with the City of Euless and the Texas Department of Transportation, has relocated a waterline within the Texas Star Addition, herein identified as "Project "; and WHEREAS, the "Project" will allow for the function of existing City of Fort Worth facilities necessary to the health and welfare of the citizens of Fort Worth; and WHEREAS, City of Euless agrees to grant the necessary utility easement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Euless City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor of the City of Euless to execute in the name of the City of Euless all documents necessary for the implementation of the "Project," subject to the approval of the City Attorney. APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas on the 8«' day of June, 2004, by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions.
