AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A UTILITY
EASEMENT FOR THE REHABILITATION,
OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING
CITY OF FORT WORTH WATER LINE WITHIN THE
CITY OF EULESS TEXAS STAR ADDITION.
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth, in conjunction with the City of Euless
and the Texas Department of Transportation, has relocated a waterline within the
Texas Star Addition, herein identified as "Project "; and
WHEREAS, the "Project" will allow for the function of existing City of Fort
Worth facilities necessary to the health and welfare of the citizens of Fort Worth;
and
WHEREAS, City of Euless agrees to grant the necessary utility easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Euless City Council
hereby authorizes the Mayor of the City of Euless to execute in the name of the
City of Euless all documents necessary for the implementation of the "Project,"
subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Euless, Texas on the 8«' day of June, 2004, by a vote of 7 ayes,
0 nays, and 0 abstentions.

Real Property Description
Of a Proposed
16' Waterline Easement
Out of
Lot 1, Block B
Texas Star Addition
Being a parcel of land out of Lot 1, Block B, Texas Star Addition, an addition to the City
of Euless, according to plat recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 4276, Plat Records, Tarrant
County, Texas for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a waterline
system and its appurtenances, and being 8 feet each way from the following described
centerline:
Beginning at the intersection of said centerline with the northwesterly line of said Lot 1,
and being in the southeasterly right -of -way of South Pipeline Road, situated northeasterly
from a 5/8" iron rod found for the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, and being the northeast
corner of Lot 4, Block B, International/Regional Industrial Complex Addition, an
addition to the City of Euless, according to plat recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 6357, Plat
Records, Tarrant County, Texas, along a curve to the left, having a radius Of 870.00 feet,
through a central angle of 23 degrees, 09 minutes, 57 seconds, an arc distance of 351.76
feet, to a 5/8" iron rod found at its end, the long chord of which bears North 52 degrees,
56 minutes, 52 seconds East, 349.37 feet, and North 41 degrees, 04 minutes, 34 seconds
East, 352.71 feet;
Thence: with said centerline, North 85 degrees, 14 minutes, 01 seconds East, 22.75 feet;
Thence: with said centerline, North 40 degrees, 13 minutes, 27 seconds East, 200.01 feet;
Thence: with said centerline, to its intersection with said line of said Lot 1 and said
southeasterly line of South Pipeline Road, North 05 degrees, 46 minutes,
28 seconds West, 17.40. The herein described parcel of land contains 3,842
square feet of land, more or less.
Note: The boundaries of the proposed waterline rsss-ment extended or contracted as required to intersect the property lines.

GRANTOR, for the CONSIDERATION paid to GRANTOR, hereby grants, sells, and conveys to
GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, an exclusive, perpetual easement for the construction, operation,
maintenance, replacement, upgrade, repair and removal of a utility line in, upon under and across that
portion of the PROPERTY more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein for
all pertinent purposes, together with the right and privilege at any and all purposes, together with the right
and privilege at any and all times to enter PROPERTY, or any part thereof, for the purpose of
constructing, operating, maintaining, replacing, upgrading, repairing and removing said utility line, and
making connections therewith.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above - described easement, together with all and singular the rights and
appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto GRANTEE, and GRANTEE's successors and assigns
forever; and GRANTOR does hereby bind itself and its successor and assigns to WARRANT AND
FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the easement unto GRANTEE, its successor and assigns, against
every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
When the context requires, singular nouns and pronouns include the plural.
