CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Linda
Martin at 7:05 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, in the Mayor's Conference Room of
Euless City Hall, 201 North Ector Drive, Euless, Texas. Those present included Mayor
Linda Martin, Mayor Pro Tern Linda Eilenfeldt, and Council Members Tim Stinneford,
Jeremy Tompkins, Eddie Price, and Perry Bynum. Council Member Glenn Porterfield
was not present due to a scheduled absence.

CLOSED SESSION
The Euless City Council convened into closed session at 7:05 p.m. for deliberation
regarding the following:
Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property as authorized
by Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code related to:
• South Industrial Boulevard — Shadow Creek
Concerning economic development incentives as authorized by Section 551.087
of the Texas Government Code related to:
• South Industrial Boulevard
• State Highway 121
The meeting was reconvened into open session at 7:35 p.m.
ITEM NO. 3. AUTHORIZED THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND
EXECUTE A CHAPTER 380 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF
SUBSTANDARD PROPERTY(S) IN THE AREA SOUTH OF
AIRPORT FREEWAY AND EAST OF SOUTH INDUSTRIAL
BOULEVARD

Council Member Stinneford motioned to authorize the City Manager to negotiate and
execute a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Agreement for redevelopment
of substandard property(s) in the area south of Airport Freeway and east of South
Industrial Boulevard.
Council Member Bynum seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Martin, Mayor Pro Tem Eilenfeldt, Council Members Stinneford,
Tompkins, Price, and Bynum
Nays: None
Mayor Martin declared the motion carried.
ITEM NO. 4. AUTHORIZED THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND
EXECUTE A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH EDGEWOOD
HOLDINGS, LLC FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 311 SOUTH
INDUSTRIAL BOULEVARD
Mayor Pro Tem Eilenfeldt motioned to authorize the City Manager to negotiate and
execute a Development Agreement with Edgewood Holdings, LLC for property located
at 311 South Industrial Boulevard.
Council Member Stinneford seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Martin, Mayor Pro Tem Eilenfeldt, Council Members Stinneford,
Tompkins, Price, and Bynum
Nays: None
Mayor Martin declared the motion carried.
ITEM NO. 5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Martin adjourned the meeting at 7:40 p.m.
