A RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING REGULAR CITY
COUNCIL MEETINGS FROM TUESDAY, AUGUST 9, 2005,
TO TUESDAY, AUGUST 16, 2005, AND FROM TUESDAY,
AUGUST 23, 2005, TO TUESDAY, AUGUST 30, 2005
WHEREAS, due to budgetary schedules for the city council consideration of the FY
2006 budget and tax rate ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 00 -1058 was approved to provide for the rescheduling of a
Regular City Council Meeting to a date other than the second or fourth Tuesday of the month:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS HEREBY
RESOLVES:
SECTION 1
That the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 9, has been
rescheduled for Tuesday, August 16, 2005.
SECTION 2
That the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 23, has been
rescheduled for Tuesday, August 30, 2005.
SECTION 3
That the City Secretary shall cause to be published this notice of rescheduled meetings at least
one (1) time in the official newspaper of the city.
APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 2e day of June, 2005, by a
vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions.
