A RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING REGULAR CITY
COUNCIL MEETINGS FROM TUESDAY, AUGUST 8, 2006,
TO TUESDAY, AUGUST 15, 2006, AND FROM TUESDAY,
AUGUST 22, 2006, TO TUESDAY, AUGUST 29, 2006
WHEREAS, due to budgetary schedules conflicting with the dates of regularly
scheduled council meetings for the city council consideration of the FY 2007 budget and tax
rate ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 00 -1058 was approved to provide for the rescheduling of a
Regular City Council Meeting to a date other than the second or fourth Tuesday of the
month:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS HEREBY
RESOLVES:
SECTION 1
That the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 8, has
been rescheduled for Tuesday, August 15, 2006.
SECTION 2
That the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 22, has
been rescheduled for Tuesday, August 29, 2006.
SECTION 3
That the City Secretary shall cause to be published this notice of rescheduled meetings at
least one (1) time in the official newspaper of the city.
APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 271° day of June, 2006,
by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, and tl abstentions.
