A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING A LOCAL PROJECT
ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
TEXAS, ACTING BY AND THROUGH THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FOR A GREEN
RIBBON PROJECT.
WHEREAS, this Local Project Advance Funding Agreement (LPAFA) is made by
and between the State of Texas, acting by and through the Texas Department of
Transportation, and the City of Euless, acting by and through its duly authorized officials;
WHEREAS, the Texas Transportation Commission passed Minute Order Number
114027 that provides for the development of, and funding for, the Project described
herein; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Euless City Council has approved entering into this
LPAFA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1.
The City Council of the City of Euless. Texas, does hereby agree to the terms of
the LPAFA for the Green Ribbon Project, CSJ# 0094-02-128.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council of
the City of Euless, Texas, on the 23rd day of September 2014, by a vote of 6 _ ayes,
0 nays, and 0 abstentions.
