A RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING REGULAR CITY
COUNCIL MEETING FROM TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26,
2006, TO TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2006.

WHEREAS, due to city charter provisions that require the annual budget to be
adopted 10 days prior to the start of the next fiscal year for the city council consideration of
the FY 2007 budget; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 00 -1058 was approved to provide for the rescheduling of a
Regular City Council Meeting to a date other than the second or fourth Tuesday of the
month:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS HEREBY
RESOLVES:
SECTION 1
That the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 26,
2006, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, September 19, 2006.
SECTION 2
That the City Secretary shall cause to be published this notice of a rescheduled meeting at
least one (1) time in the official newspaper of the city.
APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 12`h day of
September, 2006, by a vote of ayes, nays, and abstentions.
