Spinach Salad. Lastly, the Mary Lib Saleh Euless
Public Library has a variety of books that focus on
living a healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition.
How to eat right on a budget:
• Cook more and eat out less.
• Plan what you're going to eat, so you know
what to buy.
• Shop for fruits and vegetables that are in season.
• Watch portion sizes.
• Focus on nutritious, low-cost foods (like eggs) instead
of pre -packaged foods (like frozen dinners).
• Start a garden or visit a Farmer's Market.
• Quench your thirst with tap water, not sweetened
beverages.
