A RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING THE REGULAR CITY
COUNCIL MEETING FROM TUESDAY, MAY 22, 2007, TO
TUESDAY, MAY 29, 2007
WHEREAS, several council members will be attending the International Council
of Shopping Centers conference and will not return in time for the regularly scheduled
council meeting on Tuesday, May 22; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 00 -1058 was approved to provide for the rescheduling of
a Regular City Council Meeting to a date other than the second or fourth Tuesday of the
month:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS HEREBY
RESOLVES:
SECTION 1
THAT the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, May
22, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, May 29, 2007.
SECTION 2
THAT the City Secretary shall cause to be published this notice of rescheduled
meeting at least one (1) time in the official newspaper of the city.
APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 8th day of
May, 2007, by a vote of 6 ayes 0 nays, and 0 abstentions.
