RESOLUTION APPROVING NOMINATING CANDIDATES
FOR THE TARRANT APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD OF
DIRECTORS FOR A TWO -YEAR TERM BEGINNING
JANUARY 1, 2008.
WHEREAS, the Tarrant Appraisal District is the appraisal district for the City of
Euless, Texas, and it has a goveming board of directors that are selected by
participating subdivisions; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless is one of these political subdivisions within Tarrant
County; and
WHEREAS, each taxing unit is entitled to nominate a candidate for each of the
five positions to be filled on the Board of Directors;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EULESS,
TEXAS, that John Clanton and John Eubanks be nominated for a position on the Board
of Directors of the Tarrant Appraisal District for a term of two years beginning January 1,
2008.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 9th day of October, 2007, by a vote of
7 ayes, o nays, and o abstentions.
