JANUARY 12, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Linda
Martin at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2015, in the Precouncil Conference Room
of Euless City Hall, 201 North Ector Drive, Euless, Texas. Those present included
Mayor Linda Martin, Mayor Pro Tern Linda Eilenfeldt, and Council Members Tim
Stinneford, Jeremy Tompkins, Eddie Price, Harry Zimmer and Perry Bynum.
Staff Members Present
Deputy City Manager Loretta Getchell and City Secretary Kim Sutter.
CLOSED SESSION
The Euless City Council convened in Closed Session at 5:50 p.m. to discuss the
evaluation of the City Secretary and conduct the City Manager interview as authorized by
Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code — Deliberation Regarding Personnel
Matters.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was reconvened into open session and adjourned at 8:52 p.m.
