A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, RECONFIRMING BOB MCFARLAND AS CITY ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, The Euless City Charter requires the City Council to appoint a city
attorney; and,
WHEREAS, Bob McFarland has served as City Attorney for the City of Euless for
many years; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reconfirm Bob McFarland as City
Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1
THAT Bob McFarland is hereby reconfirmed as City Attorney of the City of
Euless.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED at the regular meeting of the Euless City Council
on the 23rd day of September, 2008, by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, and 0
abstentions.
