A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, APPOINTING PAUL WIENESKIE AS ASSOCIATE CITY
ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint an associate city attorney to
carry out some of the functions of the city attorney; and,
WHEREAS, Paul Wieneskie has served as the city's prosecutor and has served
under the direction of the City Attorney for many years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1
THAT Paul Wieneskie is hereby appointed Associate City Attorney for the City of
Euless.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED at the regular meeting of the Euless City Council
on the 23`d day of September, 2008, by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, and 0
abstentions.
