ITEM NO. 1 CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Linda
..-.Martin„at 3:31 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, in the Mayor's Conference Room in
pity Hall;,201 N. Ector Drive, Euless, Texas. Those present included Mayor Linda Martin
and CDMn6J Member Tika Paudel.
Pursuant to Section 67.004 of the Texas Election Code, two members of the City Council
constitutes quorum for purposes of canvassing an election.

ITEM NO. 2 CANVASSED THE RETURNS AND DECLARED THE RESULTS
OF THE MAY 7, 2022 CITY COUNCIL GENERAL ELECTION
City Secretary Kim Sutter presented the results of the May 7, 2022 City Council General
Election:
TOTAL PERCENTAGE
Place 1 Tim Stinneford 2,395 100.00%
Undervotes 655
Place 3 Mohan Gyawali 1,095 37.01 %
Eddie Price 1,864 62.99%
Undervotes 91
TOTAL BALLOTS CAST: 3,050 (8.90% voter turnout)
Council Member Paudel motioned to canvass the returns and declare the results of the
May 7, 2022 City Council General Election as presented.
Mayor Martin seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Martin and Council Member Paudel
Nays: None
Special Called Council Minutes Page 2 of 2
Mayor Martin declared the motion carried.
ITEM NO. 3 ADJOURN
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:33 p.m.
