HomeMy WebLinkAbout2022-07 Euless TodayCongratulations to Tim Stinneford and Eddie Price for being re-elected to the Euless City Council, and I thank everyone who voted in the May 7 local elections. Tim Stinneford, Councilmember Place 1, recently reitred from a long career as a Senior Property Manager. He currently serves on the Euless Development Corporation and is a member of the Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Association, Citizens on Patrol, Citizen's Fire Academy Alumni Association, the Child Abduction Response Team and the Citizen's Emergency Response Team. Eddie Price, Councilmember Place 3, is a Principal with KBKG, Inc. Prior to serving as a member of the City Council, he served on the Zoning Board of Adjustment and is a past graduate of the Euless Citizens Fire & Police Academies. Eddie currently serves on the board of 6 Stones Mission Network and is active in the Community Powered Revitalization (CPR) program. Over the years, Tim and Eddie have worked hard for Euless residents to make sure we maintain a high service level and great quality of life. Ector Drive Bring your children on July 8 to this educational and up -close experience with all things reptile! Kids will get the chance to see a variety of live reptiles and amphibians, while learning about what makes each animal unique. This free event is hosted by the Austin Reptile Show and all ages of children are welcome. Then, come back on July 22 for Wildlife on the Move, Tails and Tales, where kids will learn about animals with tails. Besides learning about animals, your kids can use the library to check out books or log their reading minutes for the HEB Reads! Community Challenge. Check out Performance Experience on -site for a personalized program executed in a personalized environment. These Personal Training sessions are ideal for anyone age 10 or older. One-on-one training is geared specifically to the client's needs based on the goals established during the initial assessment. Your instructor will introduce, enhance and fine-tune techniques to move you forward in your fitness journey. During these sessions, you have your instructor's full attention. This environment is for anyone who is hyper -focused on crushing their goals and taking their wellness goals to the next level.
