A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, APPOINTING WILLIAM M. MCKAMIE AND BRADFORD E.
BULLOCK, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, AS ASSOCIATE CITY
ATTORNEYS.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint additional associate city
attorneys to represent the City in certain legal matters; and,
WHEREAS, William M. McKamie and Bradford E. Bullock, Attorneys at Law,
have assisted the City Attorney with cases related to land use, ordinances, and
lawsuits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1
THAT William M. McKamie is hereby appointed Associate City Attorney for the
City of Euless.
SECTION 2
THAT Bradford E. Bullock is hereby appointed Associate City Attorney for the
City of Euless.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED at the regular meeting of the Euless City Council
on the 24th day of March, 2009, by a vote of 6 ayes, o nays, and o
abstentions.
