A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF APPROXIMATELY
.25 ACRES DESCRIBED AS BLOCK 15, LOT A10 OUT OF THE
OAKWOOD TERRACE ADDITION, EULESS, TARRANT COUNTY,
TEXAS BY DEED GIFT; AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ALL NECESSARY CONVEYANCE DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, Frank Douglass, as the owner, desires to donate certain real
property to the City of Euless, as identified in the attached Exhibit "1"; and,
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, by
adoption of this resolution, to formally accept by Deed of Gift the conveyance and
donation of such property to the City of Euless.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1
That the City of Euless, acting by and through its City Council, hereby accepts
the conveyance and donation by Deed of Gift of the property described as Block 15. Lot
Al0 out of the Oakwood Terrace Addition, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, as identified
in the attached Exhibit "1".
SECTION II
That the Euless City Council Authorizes the Mayor to execute the necessary
conveyance documents.
PRESENTED APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless
City Council on the 8th day of December 2009, by a vote of 7 ayes, o nays,
and o abstentions.
