A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, has determined that
certificates of obligation should be issued under and pursuant to the provisions of
V.T.C.A., Local Government Code, Subchapter C of Chapter 271 (the "Act "), for the
purpose of paying contractual obligations to be incurred', for (1) street improvements,
including drainage, landscaping, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, entryways, signage, lighting
and traffic signalization incident thereto and the acquisition of land and rights -of -way
thereof and (ii) professional services rendered in, relation to, such, projects and the
financing thereof; and

2011
TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, shall convene at
7 :00 o'clock P.M. on the 25' day of January 2011, at its regular meeting place in the
City all located at 201 N. Ector Dr. Euless, Texas , and, during such meeting, the City
Council will consider the passage of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of
certificates of obligation, in one or more series, in an amount not to exceed THREE
MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,100,000) for the purpose of
paying contractual obligations to be incurred' for (i) street improvements, including
drainage, landscaping, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, entryways, signage, lighting and traffic
signalization indicated thereto and the acquisition of land and rights -of -way thereof and
(ii) professional services rendered in relation to such projects and the financing, such
rtificates to be payable from ad valorem taxes and a limited pledge of the net
revenues of the City's water and sewer system. The certificates are to be, issued, and
this notice is given, under and pursuant to the provisions of Texas Local Government
Code, Subchapter C of Chapter 271.
