A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS, ADOPTING THE CITY OF EULESS
PROPOSED BUDGET CALENDAR FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011-
2012, INCLUDING THE CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION
DISTRICT AND THE EULESS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION BUDGETS.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City to establish
a meeting schedule relative to the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2011 -2012 budget; and
WHEREAS, the budget calendar establishes meetings at a convenient date, time and
place; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to adopt a proposed budget calendar for the
fiscal year 2011 -2012 budget cycle.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EULESS,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1
The City Council hereby adopts the fiscal year 2011 -2012 proposed budget calendar
as shown in the attached Exhibit "A ". Dates and times are subject to adjustment due to
scheduling requirements. Meetings will be posted in accordance with the Texas Open
Meetings Act.
SECTION 2
All resolutions, or parts of resolutions in force with provisions relating to this
resolution, which are inconsistent or in conflict with the terms or provisions contained herein,
are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict only. The non - conflicting sections,
sentences, paragraphs, and phrases shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3
This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and approval.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the
8th day of March 2011 by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions.
