A meeting of the Village of Euless Texas, on the IL

f 953, there was held in th
Texas ,a re�g�ual�l �'meeting of the Board of Alderman of Euless Texas:
at which time a quorum of said Board of Aldermen was.present topwit:
Mayor Joe Unphress, W. H. Paler, Ernest Milligan Jr., and J. S.
Anderson,
During said meeting, a proposed contract between the Village
of Euless, and Texas Power and Light Company, providing for a supply
of g]ectrio Power and Energy to be used by the Village of Euless,
for Street Lighting for a term of five (5) years, beginning July 8,
1953, was presented and, on motion duly made seconded and carried,
was ordered marked for identifigatiion and filed in the regards of
the City.
Th efore t e following resolution was offered.by Hoard of
Ald rm � duly seconded by Aldermen
same being duly adopted by the
unanimous vo a of all Board of Aldermen present to-vit t
Resolved that Joe Uiphress, Mayor of the Village of Euless,
Texas, be and I.s hereby authorised and empowered to make an agreement
or contract in the name of and in behalf of the Village of Euless,
Texas, with Texas Power and Light Company for a term of five (5)
years, beginning July 8, 1953, providing for a supply of Eteotric
Power and Energy to be used by the Village of Euless Texas, for
STREET LIGHTING, said agreement to be in the torn submitted to
this meeting.

THAT the Mayor, Joe UMphre,es of the Village of Euless, Texas,
be and i�! hereby authorised and, empowered to malts an agreement or
oontraot in the name of and in behalf of the Village of Euless,
Texas, with Texas Power and Light Company for a term of five (5)
years, beginning July 6, 1953, providing for a supply of electric)
power and energy to be used by the Village of Euless, Texas, for
STREET LIGHTING, said agreement to be in the form submitted to
this meeting.
