I, ------------------------Secretary of the City of Euless
of Tarrant County, Texas an incorported city, do hereby certify that I
am keeper of the records and minutes of the proceedings of the City Council
of said City, and that on the 13 day of March, 1958, there was held a
meeting of the City Council which was duly called and held in accordance
with the laws of the State of Texas, and at which meeting a quorum of the
Council was present, and at said meeting the following action was duly
legally taken.
