Whereas, the Commissioners' Court of Tarrant County, Texas is in
the process of acquiring Right -of -Ways for Highways within the City limits
of Euless, Texas: and
Whereas, the City Council of Euless, Texas deems it proper to delegate
full authority to the Commissioners' Court of Tarrant County, Texas to
acquire Right -of -Ways within the City limits of Euless, Texas:
Now therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of Euless. Texas,
that the Commissioners' Court of Tarrant County, Texas, be and is hereby
delegated full authority to acquire Rightef -Ways for building Highways
and thoroughtfares within the City limits of Euless, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 25th day of March, 1958.
