WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 28, Chapter 4, of the
Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, it is provided that the City Council shall,
as soon as maa be after the commencement of each municipal designate the
official newspaper of said City:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE iIVCIL OF THE CITY OF EULBSS,
TEXAS:
That /J.,.) riJ 1 is hereby designated as the official
newspaper of the City of Auless, Tarrant County, Texas, and all ordinances,
notices and other matters required by the Laws of the State of Texas, or by
Ordinances of the City shall be published therein.
