WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 88, Chapter
4 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, it is provided that
the City Council shall as soon as after the connonsement of
each municipal, designate the official newspaper of said City
NOW THSREFOU, BE IT R33SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RUMS, TEXAS:
That the lreelr.'► News - Texan is hereby designated as the
*Medal newspaper of the City of iutess, Tarrant County, Texas,
and all trdinans.s, notices and other matters required by the
Laws of the State of Texas, er by Ordinances of the City shall
be published therein.
