RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE HURST EULESS INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE TAX ASSESSOR OF SAID
SCHOOL DISTRICT TO ASSESS ALL PROPERTY IN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF SAID CITY:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY OF imams, TEXAS:
THAT the terms and provisions of the Tax Assessment Contract dated the
Iltday of March, 1960, by and between the City of Euless, Texas and the
Euless -Hurst Independent School District are hereby accepted and approved and
that the Mayor of the City of Euless be, and he is hereby authorized to execute
said contract for and on behalf of the City of Euless and the City Secretary is
authorized and directed to attest said contract and to place the corporate seal
thereon.
ADOPTED this 524 day of March, 1960, by a,vote of ayes and
nays at a called meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
