WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 28, Chapter
4 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, it is provided that
the City Council shall as soon as may be after the commence-
ment of each municipal year, designate the official news-
paper of said City:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
That the Daily News - Texan is hereby designated as the
official newspaper of the City of Euless, Texas, Tarrant
County, and all Ordinances, notices and other matters re-
quired by the Laws of the State of Texas, or by Ordinances
of the City shall be published therein.
ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 1960.
