WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 28,
Chapter 4, of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, it
is provided that the City Council shall as soon as may
be after commencement of each municipal year, designate
the official newspaper of said City:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS.
That the Weekly News - Texan is hereby designated
as the official newspaper of the City of Euless, Tarrant
County, and all Ordinances, notices and other matters
required by the Lawsof the State of Texas, or by Ordinances
of the City shall be published therein.
ADOPTED this 26th day of July, 1960.
