WHEREAS on the 4th day of April , 1961, pursuant to the pro
visions of the Election Code of the State of Texas, the ordinances
of the City of Euless, Texas, and Resolution No. 37, heretofore
adopted on the day of February, 1961, after due notice as by
law provided, the General Election to elect one (1) Mayor and two
(2) Councilmen for the City of Euless, Texas, for a period of two
(2) years, or until their successors have been duly qualified, was
held within the limits of said City; and
