THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF TARRANTI
I, W.E. FLIPPO, Secretary of the City of Euless of Tarrant
County, Texas, an incorporated City, do hereby certify that I am
Keeper of the records and minutes of the proceedings of the City
Council of said City, and that on June 27, 1961, there was held
a meeting of the City Council which was duly called and held in
accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and at which meet-
ing a quorum of the Council was present and at said meeting the
following action was duly legally taken:
RESOLVED, Resolution No. 41, that any one of the following
representatives of the City of Euless, Texas,
J.S. Anderson, Mayor
Bobby R. Fuller, Mayor Pro Tem
may borrow $5,000.00 in the name of the City of Euless, Texas from
the Hurst State Bank, and give the City's note therefor, in such
amount and from such time and rate of interest as may be designa-
ted on said note, or bank's custom, and may pledge for the payment
of such note and any funds to be received, or if something tangible
be purchased by appropriate resolution, to give a mortgage upon the
same or in any event the full faith and credit of the said City of
Euless, Texas.
This Resolution and the authority and instructions given there-
by shall pass and be initiated to any sucessor or to the assigns of
the Hurst State Bank, Hurst, Texas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand as Secretary of
the City of Euless, this 27th day of June, 1961.
