RESOLUTION NO. 47
TUB STATE OP TEXAS,
COUNTY OP TARRANT,
I, W.E. Plippo, Secretary of the City of Euless of Tarrant County,
Texas, an incorporated City, do hereby certify that I am Keeper of the
records and minutes of the proceedings of the City Council of said City,
and that on August 22, 1961, there was held a meeting of the City Council
which was duly called and held in accordance with the laws of the State
of Texas and at which meeting the following action was duly and legally
taken:
RESOLVED, Resolution No. 47, that any of the following representatives
of the City of Euless, Texas,
J.S. Anderson, Mayor,
Bobby A. Fuller, Mayor Pro Tem.
may borrow $1364.23, this being the price of the 1962 Pord Patrol Car
purchased from the Bob Cooke Motor Company, in the name of the City of
Euless, Texas from the Jurst State Bank, and give the City's note therefor,
in such amount and from such time and rate of interest as may be designated
on said note, or bank's custom, and may pledge for the payment of such
note and any funds to be received, or if something tangible be purchased
by appropriate resolution, to give a mortgage upon the same or in any event
the full faith and credit of the said City of Euless, Texas.
This Resolution and the authority and instructions given thereby
shall pass and be initiated to any sucessor or to the assigns of the
!furs! State Bank, tfurst, Texas.

City of Euless, this 9th day of November, 1961.
