RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE HURST-
EULESS- BEDFORD INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR TO
ASSESS AND COLLECT THE TAXES ON ALL PROPERTY
IN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT the terms and provisions of the Tax Assessment O. ao.ou
Contract dated the day of January, 1962, by and between
the City of Euless, Texas, and the Hurst - Euless - Bedford Inde-
pendent School District are hereby accepted and approved and .
that the Mayor of the City of Euless be, and he is hereby
authorized to execute said Contract for and on behalf of the
City of Euless and the City Secretary is authorized and directed
to attest said. Contract and to place the corporate seal thereon.
ADOPTED this07 day of January, 1962, by a vote of
47 ayes and. 0 nays at a called meeti g of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
