WHEREAS, on the llth day of September, 1962, pursuant to
the provisions of the Euless City Charter and the laws of the
State of Texas, the Euless City Council considered at a Regular
Council Meeting the proposed City Budget for the fiscal year
October 1, 1962 through October 1, 1963; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was had on such proposed Budget
as provided by Section IV of Article VII of the Charter of the
City of Euless, at which public hearing all interested citizens
were given an opportunity to express their opinions concerning
items of expenditure set forth in such proposed Budget; and
WHEREAS, the Euless City Council by unanimous vote approved
such proposed Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Budget proposed for
the fiscal year October 1, 1962, through October 1, 1963, be and
the same is hereby adopted by the Council and shall constitute
the official appropriation for proposed expenditures for such
budget year.
RESOLUTION adopted this ,25'y-` day of September, 1962,
and approved.
