WHEREAS, on the 10th day of September, 1963, pursuant to the
provisions of the Euless City Charter and the laws of the State of Texas,
the Euless City Council considered at a regular council meeting the pro-
posed City Budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1963 through September
30, 1964; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was had on such proposed Budget as
provided by Section IV of Article VII of the Charter of the City of Euless,
at which public hearing all interested citizens were given an opportunity
to express their opinions concerning items of expenditure set forth in such
proposed Budget; and
WHEREAS, the Euless City Council by unanimous vote approved
such proposed Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Budget proposed for
the fiscal year October 1, 1963 through September 30, 1964, be, and the
same is hereby adopted by the Council and shall constitute the official
appropriation for proposed expenditures for such budget year.
RESOLUTION adopted this 10th day of September, 1963, and
approved.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COUNTY OF TARRANT X
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 689a, Section 15, Texas Revised
Civil Statutes, and Article VII, Section 4, Euless City Charter, Notice of
Public Hearing is hereby given, to be held before the City Council in said
City at the City Hall at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on the 10th day of September
1963, to consider the proposed budget for the City of Euless, Texas, for
the fiscal year of 1963 -1964.
That this publication shall constitute a notice of public hearing
and all citizens and interested parties are hereby requested to be in the
Council Chambers at the City Hall, Euless, Texas, at the time hereinbefore
stated, to make any protest or suggestions that might occur to them and such
hearing shall continue from day to day as may be deemed necessary by the
City Council, so that every interested party and citizen shall have an
opportunity to be heard.
