A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(NO. 33); AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Council on the date, at the
time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified in the
"Notice of Public Hearing ", attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

by a vote of -S ayes and O nays at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas,

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, in the Council Chambers of the Euless City Hall,
Euless, Texas, on the 13th day of. October
at 8 :00 o'clock p.m. at which time parties in interest and
citizens shall hsve an opportunity to be heard concerning proposed
amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and /or repeals to
the Zoning Ordinance No. 33 of the City of Euless, as specified on
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this notice.

That the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "A" Residential be changed to "C" Commercial
BEGINNING at a point in the South R.O.W. line of the proposed Highway
183-A, said point being 300 feet west of the west line of North Main
Street;
THENCE in a Westerly direction, with the said South R.O.W. line of
the proposed Highway 183-A, 89.46 feet to a corner;
THENCE, South 35 feet to a corner;
THENCE in an Easterly direction, 35 feet from and parallel to the
said South R.O.W. line of the proposed Highway 183 -A, 89.46 feet to
a corner;
THENCE, North 35 feet to the point of beginning.

BEGINNING at a point in the South R.O.W. line of the proposed Highway
183.,A, at its intersection with the West line of North Main Street;
THENCE in a Westerly direction, with the said South R.O.W. line of
the proposed Highway 183-A, 300 ft. to a corner;
THENCE, South 35 feet to a corner;
THENCE in an easterly direction, 35 feet from and parallel to the
said South R.O.W. line of the proposed Highway 183 -4, 300 feet to
a point in the West line of North Main Street;
THENCE North 35 feet with the west line of North Main Street to the
point of beginning.
