A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANE AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
THE I MPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF CRESTHAVEN DRIVE FROM
HIGHWAY 183 TO PIPELINE ROAD AND HIGHLAND DRIVE FROM
HIGHWAY 183 TO PIPELINE ROAD; DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT
FOR COMPETATIVE BIDS; DIRECTING PREPARATION OF AN ESTI-
MATE OF COST OF SUCH IMPROVEMENTS; AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

j The Plans and Specifications for the improve nent of a portion
of Crest:even Drive from Highway 183 to Pipeline Aced and Highland
Drina from Highway 183 to Pipeline Aced as prepared by the City
Engineer psalm :, -Lt t3 the directive in Resolution No. 9a elated
June 8, 1965 , having been submitted to and considered by
the City Council, are approved and adopted for the improvemeat of
such streets,
The City Engine's shall advertise in the manner provided by
law for oomaetstive bids on the construction of such improvements.
Following the opening of such bide, the City Engineer shall
prepare and submit to the City Council an estimate of the cost of
such improvements.
This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
