RESOLUTION NO. 106
WHEREAS, the Euless City Council met in called session on September
3, 1965, at its regular meeting place in the council
chambers at the Euless City Hall , and,
WHEREAS, the Euless City Council , after due consideration determined
that it was to the best public interest to the citizens of
Euless that the City of Euless purchase the water and sewer
systems serving the City of Euless, the town of Bedford and
surrounding areas, and,
WHEREAS, the Euless City Council upon being duly furnished information
of the purchase price, the details of the bill of sale and
deed, the negotiations and agreement, voted unanimously to
proceed with the purchase of the water and sewer systems
owned by Municipal Service Company,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Euless City Council that the pro-
posed purchase of the water and sewer systems owned by the
Municipal Service Company serving the City of Euless, the
town of Bedford and surrounding areas, shall be consummated
in accordance with terms and agreement in that one certain
bill of sale and deed and the exhibits and letters attached
thereto.
The Mayor and City Secretary of the City of Euless are authorized to
exercise said bill of sale for and in behalf of the City of
Euless.
Adopted this 3rd of September, 1965, at a regular meeting of the Euless
City Council of the City of Euless.

Texas, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true and
