The undersigned, a duly authorized representative of Glade Lifestyle, LLC, Ruby— 12 -
Gladeretail, LLC, Glade Infrastructure, LLC and Glade Inline 1, LLC, (collectively, the
"Owners"), all Delaware limited liability companies and the current owners 100% of the
property located in the City of Euless, Texas, being considered for inclusion in a public
improvement district, the creation of which was requested by Glade Lifestyle, LLC and which is
more fully described in Exhibit A hereto(the"Property").
1) I hereby certify on behalf of the Owners the following:
a) The Owners are the owners of 100% of the property located within the Property.
b) The Owners have received notice from the City of Euless, Texas relating to the
holding of a public hearing related to the creation of the public improvement district
affecting the Property or if notice has not been received of such public hearing by one
or more of the Owners, the undersigned hereby waives any required notice on behalf
of any Owner not receiving the notice.
c) The Owners consent to the creation of the public improvement district on the
Property and consent to the assessments that may be placed on the Property in
accordance with Chapter 372, Texas Local Government Code, as amended.
d) The Owners acknowledge that Glade Lifestyle, LLC, has submitted a petition for the
creation of a public improvement district on the Property which petition was signed
by (1) the owner of taxable real property liable for assessment under the proposal, as
determined by the current roll of the appraisal district in which the Property is
located; and (2) record owners of real property liable for assessment under the
proposal who: (A) constitute more than 50 percent of all record owners of property
that are liable for assessment under the proposal; or(B)own taxable real property that
constitutes more than 50 percent of the area of all taxable real property that is liable
for assessment under the proposal.
