RESOLUTION NO. 338
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL, CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO.. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be denied by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
ADOPTED this 5th day of January 19 82.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned C-2 & R-5
be changed to PD (R-5 density)
WHEREAS ANDREW KIDD is trustee for the owners of all those
certain lots, tracts or parcels of land situated in the
J.P. Halford Survey, Abstract No. 7.11, City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel pin found in the East line of FM Road
157 and being 1138.61 feet from the intersection of the
South line of Harwood Road and the said East line of FM Road

THENCE North 890 21' West, 168.35 feet to an angle point;
THENCE West, 403.0 feet to the POINT of BEGINNING and

of land more or less.
