RESOLUTION NO. 319
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF .THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be denied

by the City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned 11R-1"
be changed to "R-3" w/SP for Da care Facility
on portion of Tracts 1B, 6A and 6D .S. Huitt Survey, A-705
BEING a tract or parcel of land situated in the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas; and being part of the Solomon Huitt Survey, Abstract 705, and also being
a part of a tract of land conveyed to Tarrant Land Company by E. L. Baker by deed
filed August 14, 1951, in Volume 2342, Page 439, and also being a part of a tract
of land conveyed to Tarrant Land Company by W. J. Eden et ux by deed dated August
6, 1951, and recorded in Volume 2342, Page 131, all in the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas; and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point for corner at the intersection of the southerly line of Midway
Drive (80 feet wide) and the northerly line of a tract of land conveyed to Main
Development Company by Tarrant Land Company by deed recorded in the Deed Records
of Tarrant County;
THENCE North 74°15154" East along the southerly line of Midway Drive a distance of
48.85 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left;
THENCE in a northeasterly direction continuing along the southerly line of Midway
Drive and along said curve to the left having a radius of 1061.05 feet, a central
angle of 30°15'35", and an arc length of 560.37 feet to the end of said curve to
the left and to a point for corner at the intersection of the southerly line of
Midway Drive and the westerly line of a tract of land conveyed to Hurst -Euless -
Bedford Independent School District by deed recorded in Volume 5143, Page 415,
of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 7°55'27" West along the westerly line of said Hurst -Euless -Bedford
Independent School District tract a distance of 302.38 feet to a point for corner
in the northerly line or a tract of land conveyed to Main Development Company by
Tarrant Land Company;
THENCE North 89°45100" West along the northerly line of said Main Development
Company tract a distance of 480.78 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing
1.2598 acres.
