RESOLUTION NO. 323
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be approved by the City Council.
II.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned C2
be changed to R4/CUD for Conforming Housing
Being a 5.3480 acre tract of land in the George Linney Survey, Abstract No. 939, ;itu<lted
in the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of Tract A of Lakewood
Addition, an Addition to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to the Plat
recorded in Volume 388-142 Page 12 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas and heing
more particularly described as follows;
COMMENCING at the intersection of the North R.O.W. line of Ash Lane (602 ROW) and the East
R.O.W. line of F.M. Highway No. 157 (1002 ROW); THENCE N 00"12'40" E along said East R.O.W.
line 200.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of herein described tract of land;
THENCE N 00°12'40" E continuing along said East R,O.W. line 328.31 feet;
THENCE S 89049'20" E, 500.00 feet,
THENCE S 00014'20" W, 614.89 feet to the North R.O.W. line of Ash Lane for the Point. of
Curvature of a circular curve, concave to the South, having a radius of 630.00 feet, a
central angle of 28°41'42", and a local tangent bearing of N 59"21'05" W;
THENCE along said circular curve in a Northwesterly direction 315.52 feet;
T11ENCE N 00012'40" E, 200.49 feet;
THENCE West 200.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 232,9.58 square feet or
5.3480 acres of land.
