RESOLUTION N0. 337
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 347, (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:

THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to Ordinance No. 347,
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends
that such changes be APPROVED

by the City Council.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to
the City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned R-2 & R-4
be changed to R-4 & R-2
Tract A - Proposed R-2 Zoning
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Tract 16 said point being in the
west ROW line of Fuller -Wiser Rd. (a 50' ROW);
THENCE S 00 31' 50" E, 170.01 feet with the west line of Fuller -Wiser Rd. to
a point for corner;
THENCE N 890 45' 35", 170 feet from and parallel to the north line of -said
Tract 16, 1276.49 feet to a point for corner in the west line of said Tract 16;

THENCE S 00 31' 50" E, 477.66 feet with the west line of Fuller -Wiser Rd. to
a point for corner;
THENCE S 890 59' 41" W, with the south line 'of said Tract 15, 1282.93 feet to
a point for corner in the west line of said of

THENCE N 90 14' 20" E, 483.11 feet with the west lines of said Tracts 15 and 16
to a point for corner;
