A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
N0: 33 O ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RES01VED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
F ULESI4, TEXAS :
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing". attached and made a part of this
resolution;° and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a- to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernonfs Civil Statutes of the State
of Texaso

Zoning Commission of the City of Euless„ Texas, in the Council.

which is attached and made a part of this notice.

TFMNCE North 88 deg. 54 min. best with fence line alone the north line of said

THENCE North with fence line along the west line of L.J. Douglas Tract 892.5 feet
to an iron rod in fence corner of. the South right-of-way line of Bedford -Euless
Road (County No. 3020)
THENCE South 88 deb;. 54 min. fast along the south right-of-way line of Bedford-
