the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters speciflood

resolution;, and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to.1011 j, both inclusive, of Vernonts Civil Statutes of the State

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 19th day of
January , 19 65 ,at 7 30 o'clock P.M., at which time
parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modi-
fications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No, 33, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which
is attached and made a part of this notice.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Being a part of Tract 12 of the Ray Shelton's Subdivision, an addition to
Tarrant County, Texas accordin�t,�e-map thereof recorded in Volume 1'792 on
Page 93 of the Deed Records of ' S County, Texas and being more fully
described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Tract 12 in the East line of
North Main Street;
THENCE North, along the East line of North Main Street, 191.20 feet to
an iron rod for corner;
THENCE East, 189.20 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE North 138.00 feet to an iron rod for corner in the North line of
said Tract No. 12;
THENCE East, along the North line of said Tract No. 12, 221.50 feet to
a point for corner;
THENCE South, parallel with the East Line of North Main Street, 330.0 -feet
to a point for corner in the South Line of said Tract No. 12;
THENCE West, along the South line of said Tract No. 12, 415.0 feet to the
