A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CHANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OP THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULES S, TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City
Planning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that

such changes be b y the City Council.

THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning C ommiss ion.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the tat day of
September , 19 64 ,at 7:`0 ofclock P,M., at which time
parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modi-
fications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which
is attached and made a part of this notice.

That the Zoning Classification of the fallowing Oscribed property,
now zoned "A" Residential be chant: cd to "C ' Commsrcin l
BEGINNING at a point in the South R.O.W, line of the proposed I-Ii hway
133-A, said point being 300 feet west of the west tine of North Main
Street;
THENCE in a westerly direction, with the said South R,O.W. line of the
proposed Highway 183-A, 89.46 feet to a corner;
THENCE South 35 feet to a corner;
THENCE in an easterly direction, 35 feet from and parallel to the said
South R.O.W. line of the proposed Highway 183-A, 89.46 feet to a corner;
THENCE, North 35 feet to the point of beginnning.

proposed Highway 183-A, 300 feet to a corner;
THENCE South 35 feet to a corner;
THENCE in an Easterly direction, 35 feet from and parallel to the said
South R.O.W. line of the proposed Highway 183-A, ';00 feet to a point in
the West line of North Main Street;
THENCE, North 35 feet with the West line of North Main Street to the
point of beriinning.
