RESOLUTION NO,
ARESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 33 OZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOIVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
IVLESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution;, and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
lolla- to 1011 j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the day of
l , W ,at 7" o'clock P.M., at which time
parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modi-
fications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No, 33, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A!l which
is attached and made a part of this notice.

and being 148.51 feet out and 629.7 feet West of the Northeast corner of
said Cash Survey;
TEMNCR South 0 degrees 36 minutes East 1140.49 feet;
THENCE West 650,0 feet;
TBENCE North 10 degrees 44 minntes West 1156,73 feet to a point in the
