A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO, 33 ( ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF

THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date,, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the 1°Notice of Public Hearing".6 attached and made a part of this
resolution;° and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a- to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernonts Civil. Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HE&RING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 15th day of
December , 19 64 ,at 7:30 o'clock P.M., at which time
parties in interest and citizens shall Pave an opportunity to be
heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modi-
fications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which
is attached and made a part of this notice.
