A RESOLUTION CALLIM A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 33 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULEM, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution;° and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
Jolla- to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernonts Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 15th day of
December , 19 64 ,at 700 o'clock P.M., at which time
parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modi-
fications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which
is attached and made a part of this notice.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned Local Business be changed to
"C" Commercial 0
The following described tract or parcel of land being the north portion
of the Joseph R. Duckett tract and being situated in the J. P. Halford
Survey, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot 7, Fuller Addition to the
City of Euless;
THENCE S89 0 WE a distance of 190 feet to the west line of Main Street,
from which a iron pin in the south line of Fuller Drive bears North a
distance of 150,0 feet;
THENCE South along the west line of Main Street a distance of 132.86
feet to the north line of a proposed highway;
THENCE along a curve to the left and along proposed highway a distance
of 190.04 feet to the west line of said Duckett tract;
THENCE North along the west line of said Duckett tract a distance of
133.35 feet to place of beginning.
