A RESOLUTION CALLIRU A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING
CERTAIN PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 33 (,ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution;° and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
lolly to 101.1j, both inclusive, of Vernonts Civil. Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, Texas, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the _ 5th day of
.T nrlarry , 19 ,at . G)'clock P.M., at which time
parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modi-
fications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which
is attached and made a part of this notice.

The following described tract or parcel of land being a 9.95 acre
tract conveyed by deed to P. H. Chapman as recorded on page 47 of
volume 1810 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and. being situated

in the L. Franklin Survey, A-513, Tarrant County, Texas and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an existing iron rod from which the southwest corner of
said L. Franklin Survey bears South a distance of 1114.7 feet and West a
distance of 50 feet;
THENCE North a distance of 376.9 feet to an existing iron rod in the
East R.0,11. of Highway No. 157;
THENCE N 89 0 21'Ea distance of 1150.3 feet to a iron rod set in a old
fence line-,
THENCE South 376.9 feet to a iron rod at a fence post;
THENCE S 89 0 21*11 a distance of 1150.3 feet to place of beginning,
