A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING CER -
TAII'J PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 33
(ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, AND
DIRECTING THAT NOTICES BE ISSUED IN THE MANNER RE-
QUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING CM-IISSION OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
THAT a public hearing be held by this Commission on the date, at
the time and place, in the manner and concerning the matters specified
in the "Notice of Public Hearing", attached and made a part of this
resolution; and
THAT notice of such hearing shall be given as required by Articles
1011a to 1011j, both inclusive, of Vernon's Civil Statutes of the State
of Texas.

NCITICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall of Euless, Texas, on the 18th
day of January
, 19 66, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., at which
time parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to
be heard concerning proposed amendments, supplements, changes, mod-
ifications, and/or repeals of Ordinance No. 33, Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in Exhibit "A" which is
attached and made a part of this notice,

EXHI BIT "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "All Residential be changed to "C" Commercial.
BEING all that certain tract, 2,282 acres of land out of the J. H.
Haven Survey in Tarrant County, Texas, and being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the N.W. corner of a 6,19 acre tract of land conveyed to
J. J. Gilbert as shown in Vol, 1532, page 482. DRTCT;
THENCE South 89 deg. 30 min. E. with the N. Line of said 6.19 acre
tract and the South line of a road, 298.05 feet a pipe, the most Northerly
N.E. corner of said tract and the N.W. corner of a tract of land deeded
to Leonard Hall as shown in Vol 2842, page 332 DRTCT;
THENCE South with the West line of said Hail tract 330.85 feet to a post
set in concrete,*the S.W, corner of said Hall tract, and a re-entrant
corner of said 6.19 acre tract;
THENCE N. 89 deg. 30 min W. with fence line 303.1 feet an iron pin the
N.W. corner of a tract of land as shown in Vol 3132, page 176, DRTCT;
THENCE North 1 deg. E, with fence line 331.1 feet to the place of beginning.
SAVE AND EXCEPT any part or portion thereof in the use or occupancy of
any public road or higrway.
