RESOLUTION NO. 55
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CIIAN(MS IN ORDINANCE NO. 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.

EXHIBIT "A"
THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "A" Residential be changed to "C" Commercial.
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the A. J.
Huitt Survey, A-684, Tarrant County, Texas and being a part of a
11.25 acre tract conveyed to M. W. Simmons as recorded on Page 55 of
Volume 1755 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particu-
larly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an old iron pipe in the South right-of-way of
Huffman Road and being N 00 22' E a distance of 9.6 feet from
the North corner of Lot 1, Block 1, PARK CRESTMOOR ADDITION,
City of Euless, Texas.
THENCE S 880 091 E along the South line of Huffman Road a distance
of 149.1 feet to an iron rod at the intersection of the South line
of Huffman Road and the West line of Simmons Drive;.
THENCE S 0° 11' W along the West line of Simmons Drive a distance
of 175.02 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 880 09t W a distance of 149,65 feet to an iron rod set
in the East line of said Lot 1, Block 1, PARK CRESTMOOR ADDITION;
THENCE N 00 22' E along the East line of said Lot 1, Block 1, PARK
CRESTMOOR ADDITION, a distance of 175 feet to place of beginning.
