RESOLUTION NO. 56
A RESOLUTION MAKING RECO19MENDATIONS AND REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CERTAIN PROPOSED
CITANGES IN ORDINANCE NO. 33. (ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY TFM CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
'THAT after public hearing, careful study and consideration of
the proposed amendments, supplements, changes, modifications, and/or
repeals (hereinafter called "changes") to the Zoning Ordinance No. 33.
(Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Euless, Texas, as specified in
Exhibit "A" attached and made a part of this resolution, the City Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission is of the opinion and recommends that such
changes be �by the City Council.
2.
THAT a signed copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the
City Council, and shall constitute the report and recommendation of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission.

THAT the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "A" Residential be changed to "C" Commercial,
BEING all that certain tract of land, 2.282 acres out of the J. H.
Haven Survey in Tarrant County, Texas, and being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the N, W, corner'of a 6.19 acre tract of land conveyed to
J. J. Gilbert as shown in Vol. 1532, page 482, DRCTC;
THENCE, South 89 deg. 30 min.. E, with the N. Line of said,6,19 acre
tract and'the South line of a road, 298.05 feet to a pipe, the most North-
erly N. E, Corner of said tract and the'N W,'corner of a tract of land
deeded to Leonard Hall as shown in Vol. 2842, page 332 DRTCT;
THENCE, South with the West line of said Hail tract 330,85 feet to a post
set in concrete, the S. W, corner of said Hall tract, and a re-entrant
corner of said 6,19 acre tract;
THENCE, N. 89 deg, 30 min. W. with fence line 303.1 feet to an iron pin,
the N. W. corner of a.tract as shown in Vol. 3132, page 116, DRTCT;
THENCE, North 1 deg. E with fence line 331.1 feet to the place of beginning..
SAVE AND EXCEPT any part of portion thereof in the use or occupancy of
